Requirements Prior to Excavations or Repairs

811 locates and a City Right of Way Permit are required prior to performing any excavations or Water/Sewer repairs within City Right of Way.

Utility Map Access

For questions regarding City Sewer and Water Infrastructure please contact the City of Spearfish Engineering Department via the Engineering Department.

Contractors are able to obtain site-specific utility maps through the Right-of-Way permit process.
