Updated 4/21/22:
SPEARFISH, SD – Due to the spring snowstorm predictions for the weekend, it is likely that the Restricted Use (Rubble Site) would be closed Saturday and/or Sunday, due to inclement weather. This closure would interrupt access during the Free Spring Clean Up Days, currently scheduled for Friday through Sunday.
Public Works staff will continue to monitor the forecast, and notice will be sent out on Friday if the Restricted Use (Rubble) Site will be closed due to weather.
If the closure is necessary, the free days lost to inclement weather closure would be rescheduled for Friday, April 29, and Saturday, April 30.
