SPEARFISH, SD - The following is an announcement for traffic restrictions taking place in the Green Acres Subdivision beginning at 6 a.m. on Thursday June 7, 2023. Milling of asphalt pavement will take place on the following streets: Heritage Drive, 4th Avenue, 7th Avenue and 10th Avenue.
The existing closure on 4th Avenue with detour shall remain in place during milling operations.
Milling on Heritage Drive and 10th Avenue will be completed using flaggers. Traffic will be directed around the milling equipment and allowed to drive on the milled surface following completion of the milling.
7th Avenue from 32nd Street to Heritage Drive shall be closed to thru traffic during milling operations. Traffic will be directed to drive on the milled surface following operations, and this section of street will be reopened.
Milling is scheduled to be completed by the end of the day.
