SPEARFISH, SD - There is ongoing construction activity scheduled to take place over the summer in the Green Acres Subdivision. This project is spread out over a large area, and traffic control with road closures will be set up and removed throughout the entirety of the project. Please use caution when driving through the work zones.
If it is necessary for the contractor (GTI Companies) to block a driveway to complete removals, the contractor is responsible for notifying homeowners and/or business owners by placing door notifications on the front entrance of the residence at least 48 hours prior to beginning removals.
The remainder of concrete flat work will be completed on the project by June 21, 2023, while the remainder of asphalt patches will continue over the next couple of months.
Generally, asphalt work will continue throughout the subdivision with the Contractor working from north to south.
