Bids will be received by the City of Spearfish, at the Building and Development Office in City Hall, until 1:30 p.m., January 27, 2022 for materials, labor and equipment for construction improvements to include grading; water main, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer installation; asphalt surfacing, curb, gutter, sidewalk, and curb ramps for the City of Spearfish, South Dakota.

Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check or money order in the amount of five percent (5%) and drawn on a State or National Bank, or a ten percent (10%) bond issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota and made payable to the Finance Officer, Spearfish, South Dakota.

In accordance with South Dakota law, each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, or a cashier’s check or money order in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid.
